HWW brings small, intentional groups — typically 8 to 20 travelers — to carefully selected venues for destination workshops built around wellness, learning, and connection. If your property is a good fit, we'd like to hear from you.
How the partnership works
You provide the space. HWW coordinates the group.
HWW partners with hotels, retreat centers, wellness properties, event venues, and activity operators to host Influencer Led group destination workshops. When a workshop is being planned for your area, HWW may send a Request for Quote outlining the group size, dates, and requirements.
You respond with your available rooms, rates, and any relevant details. If your property is selected, HWW coordinates the booking, traveler logistics, payments, and communication — so your team can focus on delivering a great guest experience.
Venue partners are not responsible for managing registrations, collecting payments from travelers, or handling workshop content. HWW manages those pieces on its end.
